Junior Advertising student Andrea Arreaza Perez has been offered a paid summer internship with Erwin Penland in New York City. http://www.erwinpenland.com
Arreaza states, “Applying for MAIP has been one of my best decision. They have helped me throughout the whole process of obtaining an internship with Erwin Penland, travel, housing, and training for this summer. Sometimes I can’t believe I’ll be living in New York City this summer, it seems like a dream.”
In addition, advertising Junior Kaylyn Harris has also been offered a position to work with DDB in New York this summer through the MAIP Program. https://www.ddb.com/offices/north-america/usa/ddb-new-york/
Kaylyn thanks her professors for their assistance in both professional and personal development. She says, “I am grateful to be surrounded by such caring and considerate professors and administrators. You each have had a personal touch within each of these accomplishments and I am very very thankful.”
Dr. Courtney Childers, Advertising professor noted, “We are very proud to have Andrea and Kaylyn placed in the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4As) prestigious Multicultural Advertising Internship Program. They are both talented students that will represent our advertising program well at major NYC ad agencies this summer.”
