UT will be honoring Tennessee veteran’s who have fallen in the line of duty since the tragic event of September 11. The National day of Rememberance for these service men and women will be held on Tuesday November 11, 2014 in Circle Park.

There will be a roll call and a memorial garden for those who would like to place a flag in honor of loved ones. This special event is scheduled to last from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be open to the public.

The University of Tennessee Knoxville will be partaking in a moment of silence at 2 p.m. along with other colleges across the country.
